Sue was nothing short of fantastic to deal with, she was at all times professional in both her approach and in handling what turned out to be a rather complicated transaction/purchase. Sue was informative and explicit with all aspects of the Sales and Purchases agreement and regularly kept us up to date with how things were progressing. This was very comforting, as we were at times quiet nervous, however our uncertainty over some issues were soon put to rest as Sue was at all times very easy to communicate with. Over the five year period since purchasing our beach property we have kept in touch with Sue and she has helped us out on many occasions with certain matters we were unable to deal with not being permanent residents at Waihi Beach.
